The outdoor smoking area should be moved further away from non-smoking rooms to avoid smoke infiltration!!! The lack of chairs in the rooms is odd and uncomfortable to relax inside after a long day!!!

our stay there was very enjoyable. this hotel was a little and great place to stay. the staff was extremely helpful, they made our trip!

Overall it is a great and convenient hotel and we truly enjoyed the stay, the location was PARTICULARLY GOOD set it apart from other hotels in the area. Everyone is consistently courteous and very nice and owner too.

The common fire pit area was fantastic, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The barbecue pit on the back deck needs to be replaced as the lower grate was rotted out.

A lovely stay with beautiful scenery and a relaxing pool area. The staff was really good, accommodating late check-in and keeping the pool open longer. Breakfast offered fresh options with a nice view, although it could benefit from more variety. The outdoor space included a charming waterfall and gazebo, perfect for evenings.

Loved the cozy cabin vibes and morning coffee while watching butterflies. Super fun with the lively pool area!

Free parking and WiFi were great. Kids loved the small pool, but breakfast was lacking.

The newly remodeled rooms had a cozy feel with comfortable beds and a clean atmosphere. Breakfast options were decent with waffles, pastries, and fresh fruit. I really enjoyed the outdoor area with a lovely view of the golf course, and the fire pit was a nice touch. The shower pressure was a bit weak, and I struggled to get the water temperature just right. There were also some outdoor smoking areas too close to the non-smoking rooms, made for some unpleasant smells at times. I liked the stay, but some improvements in the bathroom amenities and outdoor smoking arrangements would definitely enhance the experience.

We had a fantastic stay! The newly remodeled room was super comfy, and the beautiful golf course views were just stunning, though the pool area had some odd decorations.

Just a reliable pick for a short visit in Berryville with fantastic value for money. The well-stocked kitchen in the cabin helped us enjoy home-cooked meals, which I loved. Bring your own food essentials for cooking.

The kids loved the pool, and we enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, especially the waterfall. Taking our two dogs along was easy, and the local dining options, like the lovely breakfast at nearby cafes, were delicious. We even explored the Saunders Museum!

My kids wished for more kid-friendly activities available.

Super Cute Place!

The room was super trendy with a cute farmhouse vibe. Loved the soft towels and great water pressure! They have this nice outdoor dining area for brekkie, which I dug.

And the outdoor area was fantastic, with a fire pit and waterfall that added a nice touch. The staff were super friendly and helped with everything. Everything was clean and the beds were comfy.

All good, fulfills its purpose. Quiet atmosphere with lovely golf course views.

Couple getaway great spot

I checked in late but the lady at the desk was accommodating she even let us hang by the pool a little longer which was a nice touch. The outdoor area had a beautiful view of the golf course and we enjoyed lounging there after eating breakfast which was fresh and provided a great view too.

It wasn't exactly cheap but honestly reasonable for what we got.
